KPIs for new service request made of KCOM by Communications Providers in the Wholesale Broadband Access (WBA) and Wholesale Local Access (WLA) markets for the periods 1 April 2018 to 30 September 2018; 1 October 2018 to 31 March 2019; and 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2019.

KPI(i) – Total number of requests received = 0
KPI(ii) –Total number of 25-day Unanswered Requests = 0
KPI(iii) –Total number of 75-day Unanswered Requests = 0
KPI(iv) – Total number of Accepted Requests = 0
KPI(v) – Total number of Rejected Requests = 0
KPI(vi) – Total number of 25-day Rejected Requests = 0
KPI(vii) – Total number of 45-day Rejected Requests = 0
KPI(viii) – Total number of Project Plans = 0
KPI(ix) – Total number of 80-day Project Plans = 0
KPI(x) – Total number of 95-day Project Plans = 0

For the avoidance of doubt, the new service request KPIs detailed above do record the draft Wholesale Reference Offers (WRO) that KCOM has already been working with industry in developing for the WLA and WBA markets in advance of 1 April 2018 and which we published as draft WFLLA and WFLA agreements in July 2018 - https://www.kcomplc.com/regulatory/kcom-wholesale/service-information/new-services/.
